Not sure why you waste your time seeking out judgments against Barnet 13 years ago which in any case are irrelevant. See https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/27/section/55 As has been reported umpteen times any surplus on parking schemes (in LBH at least, but I believe everywhere) is used to contribute to subsidies to providing disabled parking and other disabled transport matters, and paying the costs of the Freedom Pass. These costs greatly exceed the surplus on CPZ or other parking charges. You have successfully wasted some of my time, which I'm sure you see as an achievement. If you want more data I suggest you raise a FOI request which will waste the time of officers and cost the taxpayer more. |
