| The big problem now is CPZs were intended to relieve Residents of parking by commuters and long term parking by non residents ie Air crew and holidaymakers etc. But now Councils are eying up new ways of hiking up costs, extending hours and days and dividing residents by creating categories to make £££££s out of residents in the name of Climate Emergency but more to do with overdensification. |
