Of course you won't see the tall buildings if you are in Braemar road. It is on a lower elevation than the north side of the site and you are close up to it. Just like you could not see the stands from the same street. But you can from a few streets away. You will from St Pauls Rec - already affected by the rising towers on the High street and the rest of the conservation area of st Pauls which New Road and Braemar road were deliberately left out of despite buildings of note . The plans as welcomes and approved by both local residents and council was the open space - that is the pitch remains and open space. What is now proposed is yet again overdesnification in an already overdose district with very limited private and public open space. |
