Looking at the "6 storey" plans illustrated on this TW8.com website front page ... one wonders whether the residents of New Road, Braemar Road, Brook Road and Ealing Road will be missing out on acres of sky. In many cases views of the delightful Victorian homes will be silloetted against a backdrop of the Griffin Park "high rise" buildings Walking westwards along Netley Road, for example, the delightful view of the Ealing Road terraced dwellings with be spoiled by these bulbous new buildings behind them. Planners ... give it a rest surely! |
