| I have been following the the unbelievable saga of Mr Bates and the Post Office. Just watching the documentary now on ITV 1 Plus. I am wondering if OVO Energy are using the same Horizon computer system to cause stress to many thousands of OVO and former OVO customers as the post office was using. There are thousands of these customers who have complained that when they were switched from SSE to OVO they went from hundreds of pounds in credit to allegedly being up to £8000 in debit. Television, radio and newspapers nationwide have fought to get OVO to get their house in order. Large numbers of customers have had their gas and electric cut off owing to OVO's incompetence.
