| Yes and me. Since May 2023 I have been with Octopus and they have been brilliant. I read the meters 1st of each month, email the figures to them then within a day I am informed of my energy use and charges. For 31 days in December my gas and electric was £133. My monthly direct debit is £83-32. I am currently £802-58 in credit partly because I have persuaded 15 former OVO customers to change to Octopus. So I have received from Octopus £750 energy credit and the 15 customers have received £50 each. |
