Neil I have used Octopus for several years having escaped with great difficulty from a company called Good Energy. Politely I'll say that was not my experience of that company. Octopus have been brilliant from the start and I took on a smart meter a few months ago - all painless and very good. No need to read meters because they 'read' them remotely. Really good supplier and Which say "Octopus Energy is the only Which? Recommended Provider for the sixth year in a row." |
