| But these are simply made up names for wards that actually bear no relation to the true local names. Ealing has a raft of wards with names of streets and local places but very few bear any relation to the areas the wards really fall in. Maybe Hounslow ought to pick a landmark name for wards rather than the continual reinventing of rather tenously named districts and return the true names to each district with the addition of a bit of Civic pride to each . |
