That advantage only applies to men deciding they are females and keeping their testerone (splg??? hormonal) fueled advantages doesn't it?   What happens when a female decides they are male?   Can't think of any though as they'd be seriously disadvantaged wouldn't they?   Quite a complicated problem for the sports official bodies to solve.   The rights of the many would/should? outweigh the rights of a single person - open to discussion.
