These are almost identical to the 'Adventure Playgrounds of the early 1970s two of which were fab .
One in Lammas Park in Ealing and a massive one in Ravenscourt Park, Hammersmith. All run by local community workers 9 usually students in the summer. They were crude and basic, Bits of wood and 6 inch nails with zip wires rope nets and simply stuff to do what you liked.

But great fun, but would never pass any sort of H&S culture now.

But above all, completely free, year in year out.

This expensive and rather sterile version is a pure abomination at the cost.
At the very least every child or adult living in Ealing or Hounslow should have free access or a nominal charge of no more than £1.   Or not have it at all.

It will be yet another divisive display of the Haves v The Have Nots.  What does that say to all the kids locally cooped up in tower blocks ?

And Hounslow have one of the biggest child poverty situations in London.

Will LBH be handing out vouchers to these kids at Taxpayers and others in social need to the benefit of the operator?  Probably.

Shame on every person involved with such a proposal.
