William isn't the first person to say this but my observations are that the darn things are just as prevalent as ever, at 6am this morning there were 3 on the pavement near the 65 bus stop outside McDonalds on the High Street, and an hour ago there was one outside our development. As I've said before the principle is a sound one, the problem is the reliance upon users to be considerate etc., and sadly the reality is that there's great a proportion of inconsiderate users that leaves the bikes dumped anywhere. |
