| But they constantly move around, it is not the same bike that you keep seeing. They can be taken from any location and left in any other. If I go from my house to the pub I will leave one outside the pub. Then someone else may take that bike and go somewhere else on it. Then when I come out of the pub I find another nearby and ride it back home. So why have we gone from a massive supply of bikes to almost none in Brentford? |
