| In view of K&C's pathetic response to this dreadful event, I think we should be asking if Hounslow - and indeed every local authority, has an emergency plan, which is rehearsed and can swing into action if something does occur. It always used to be the case, but with the constant cuts many will have gone by the wayside. |
