| I don't understand why the closure is needed in the first place. If the contractors are running over by a month surely penalties or other arrangements were put in place. How are Hounslow going to contribute money for the running of Townmead road if they are not operating Spaceway during the week? The current arrangements whereby we can use Kew and people from Whitton can use Spaceway seems to work and both sites are occupied constantly, if the queues are anything to go by. This is just plain bonkers. |
