| This goes to show that Ealing Council has adopted the same way of working as Hounslow. There is only one brain cell to give out to an officer a day, so the first officer through the door gets it. The rest just sit about until the first officer gets back and hands it on, that's how these hair brained schemes get started. It's like the new average speed cameras on the A40, soon to be installed on the A316 and other roads, is another way to squeeze cash from the average motorist. |
