This is also the point I raised with the council,  I have no place to put the huge lump of ugly plastic other than to block the entranceway to my home. Therefore I adjudge the bin unsafe & possibly illegal for the council place it on my property, this is as advised by a local fire safety officer,  so it will go out on the pavement, because of this I take no responsibility for it being on a public footpath.
