I've had confirmed today that there are very clear and specific guidelines issues by both Police and Fire Services in England Wales and Scotland.
They were complied by the National Fire HQ in Moreton on the Marsh

The previous post is a cut and paste of just one of many various Fire Service advice issues and is valid.

Anyone living in a Terraced house with no fire escapes should take note of the these recommendations.

You and your family are at risk from the now made easy actions of a careless or nasty minded individuals

The fire risk in the Griffin Park area is heightened because of the stadia and that policing and fire wardens are only found in the immediate vicinity of the Ground, So Hamilton, Clifden (to a lesser degree) Mafeking, Lateward Grosvenor and Albany Roads are a serious risk.

Bear in mind too, a 4 day old nappy can produce enough methane to cause ignition, imagine 14 days worth fully fermented.

The Councils attitude is utterly reckless and they need to listen.

They have ignored all the safety advice published by the principal safety organisations
