| Everyone knows not to leave stock/donations outside a charity shop?? It is tempting fate..there are a lot of selfish people around. Anne is right, stock has to be sorted, hung and priced before going onto the shop floor.Also ( from watching Mary Portas programme a while ago) maybe the stock is put out in 'themes' so as to attract link selling ( my 30yrs in retail experience) and therefore make more money for the charity? |
