| There has been a rather large water leak in Mogden Lane since Friday, water is just running at quite a rate down the gutter for quite a way. The road is dug up and there are bollards around the area, but where are the workmen? What possible justification can there be for not ensuring that work goes on to repair this leak? I cannot believe that this has been left over the weekend at this time of year, it is appalling. I suspect that back in the bad old days of public ownership this would certainly NOT have been the case. |
