My personal opinion is that any offices that have been unsued for years should at least be considered to be converted in to much needed housing as long as the design,mass, and charactor of the area is kept but of course developers want to make as much money as possible

I am sure Adam will correct me if I am wrong but if this or any other proposed development involves just converting an office building to housing without demolishing it first then planning permission is not then required and we could then end up with anything that the developer wishes
