| They manage over 26000 homes and have had over 60% of their customers 'satisfied with their overall service' for the past three years. Not brilliant but not that far out of line with similar HA's in London where customer satisfaction is for various reasons a lot harder to achieve than the rest of the country. I think the original landlord from hell was Peter Rachman, one of the reasons for Notting Hill being founded....... |
