| Very heavy skip lorry picking up a loaded skip around 11.00 this morning from one of the two houses I think you are referring to. New skip in place in front garden and funnily enough the pavement outside the property is pretty damaged. Which Council department will pay for the damage? Doesn’t it matter? |
