| "It's just the few scalleywags who spoil things for everyone else." Interesting bit on the news about fly tipping last night, needless to say criminal gangs are now involved as it is big business, again the poor old taxpayer is picking the tab up for clearing it. Tough updated legislation with the provision of people to enforce it is possibly the only way forward, the onerous charges to use a regulated tip now have not helped. It is quite usual to see mattresses, fridges, old T.V.s and even a bath with all the plumbing left ibn the street these days. |
