| I recall the site being occupied many years ago by the Westminster Bank. Behind their offices was Jocks Box .. a transport cafe popular with lorry drivers. This new building, I agree, is hideous. It will distract drivers..whose sole interest should be to keep their their eyes on the road...especially approaching the westbound sharp bend on the two carriageway "Motorway". Light pollution will cause annoyance in the surrounding area. Flashing moving images are ok for Piccadilly Circus but not at the gateway to the M4.  |
