If you mean the Brentford Fountain, it is situated near the 'new' Western International Market (now demolished I think) on the edge of Southall/ Hayes just off Hayes Road about 200m east of the Parkway/ Hayes Road roundabout.  It was moved when the old Brentford Market moved out there (60's?).  It was renovated quite recently but stands looking rather forlorn and lost.  I believe attempts to return it to its original site have been resisted by the Market.
