| Hi John Nice to see you at the civic this morning, i think you will find that I had said I had work in the conference and catering industry, but I had to smile at the suggestion that I should start Mohican Catering maybe I should get Mr Bowen to be my corporate marketing manager. I use to work for Granada Studios and a happy member of Bectu union, The whole studio site could be use to hold many many events from dinning at the house of commons set to over 2000 silver service dining on the baker street set. The baker street set could be set with in 1 hour of the last visitor. In total across the site you cater for about 4000 to 5000 people from one kitchen. Now the civc is in nowhere near that league but it is total rubbish what good old Adrian was coming out with. Never mind he should stick to what he knows which is how to cook on a camping stove for two. |
