| At the moment Councillor Dakers I really do not understand the relevance of the Locata document in regards to the two empty flats. Surly with such a shortage of descent size properties these two flats, which have been fully refurbished, remained empty waiting to be sold on the open market. These are good size flats that could be used to house tenants that are overcrowded. Maybe, when the decision to sell them was based on the Housing market when it was in good health, now we are in a re-session they have probably been devalued quite a bit, so why not use them as council Housing stock? |
