Linda,

It is not brainwashing it is an eyesore now that the festival is over.Do you really expect people to remember the dates from this sign?Put some posters up in pubs,advertise in the Informer,notices in shop windows etc.much nearer the time.It takes a few years to build up a following for this sort of event.It is also held at a time when a lot of people are on holiday.
