| I think some parties did canvass very well, even if some of the stuff on flyers was pure fantasy or purple waffle. But a lot of effort went into this area mentioned. Maybe it's peoples work patterns. Other than the Local Authorities and other establishments funded by the taxpayer most people work very long and very haphazard hours and the 9-5 has been a figment of reality for a very long time now. Maybe elections should become weekend and 2 day voting A friday and saturday perhaps and mandatory for sure.? |
