| When we go to the dentist we pay. In canal hearing aids are not on the NHS. At Boots in canal hearing aids are £3000 for example. Lots of people have to have cataracts treated privately because the size of cataracts that qualify for treatment has been increased. In France you can buy a £50 a month top so there is nothing to pay in event of using the health service. So if our state pension was increaed to £1000 a month pensioners could pay the £50 and be better off. |
