| Indeed, the timing and the blatant lack of any attempt at consultation is appalling. What is more shameful though are the amount of plots that are not let, Hounslow should ensure maximum up-take and therefore a better income by letting every plot, we are told that people are queueing up for an allotment so how hard can that be? It would also be refreshing if Hounslow showed a united front to protect the Park Rd. allotments from development by the Duke of Northumberland's Estate. |
