Looked out yesterday to see an LBH parking attendant breaking his neck to hand out tickets in Enfield Road. I asked why he was ticketing cars with residents permits and he pointed to a yellow sign which said (Bays suspended sewer works) I said but there are no works going on here. I then asked him to stop while I knocked on my neighbours doors so they could moved their vehicles the answer was sorry mate to late.
Now here's the odd thing the yellow that appeared overnight on Sunday had disapeared overnight by Tuesday. So it was in place just long enough to ticket 8no vehicles while no sewer work whatsover was carried out. |
