| A resident in Ealing was fined for Fly tipping because they had put out a box of Appled from their garden with a sign for people to help themselves. Amazing that resources can be found to do that but not deal with the many gatherings in certain spaces and homes that are way over the top. But have to sympathise with the Police entirely, they are damned if the do and danmed if they don't. They like the other emergency services are now so politicised at the top that whatever they do from a pragmatic point of upholding wrongdoing, that they risk career damage and the buck always gets passed to the rank and file. |
