I find it very difficult to understand why the police couldn't arrest the drug takers and confiscate the equipment if the noise pollution team confirmed to them that the noise nuisance did in fact exist...The laws on these issues are very clear. The owner of the property need not be present if the contracted tenant is breaking the Law under the noise pollution Act. Likewise there are laws against using streets as toilets. What is the point of a police service if they refuse to provide a service when required? |
