| Well done, Noticed the droning had gone. Keep a diary, thats what destroyed the mental health of a friend in an A2 Dominion Flat suffering terrible noise from the flat above. Council did nothing after 6 months of daily diaries, kept putting the onus on him and would not deal with useless A2 Dominion - drove him to inches of taking his life. And people get paid salaries to deal with this sort of pollution and awfulness. |
