Is Food recycling the most profitable of the recycling items for Hounslow Council. I read somewhere that it was/is. Am I correct? If it is, may I suggest that LBH send every household in the Borough a reminder to recyle their food waste and tell them again how to do it and what to include and what not to include.
I am suggesting this as many of my neighbours recycle most of the other items but have given up on the Food Caddies. I don't know why, as it is really easy to do and furthermore it is collected every week, unlike the black bag refuse which is not collected for two weeks. Think this is another job for Lead Cllr Guy Lambert.
