| Unfortunately it is not the only time that I have heard your story. I too have wasted time with Action Fraud - although in my case I was trying to warn about a potential fraud and their system seemed only to want to deal with frauds that have taken place. That is where OWL is good. OWL will alert all those nearby who are registered with them so that they can make sure that their vulnerable friends neighbours and relations are aware and making it easier for the overstretched police to apprehend the miscreants. |
