| Thanks Guy for the link. It's always interesting to see what someone says about someone else's remarks, but I shall continue to read the original article and form my own judgement and not reiterate second-hand opinion. Having said that your informant says that Boris was sucking up to Erdogan - odd. In other news articles he's been accused of making scurrilous limericks about the Turkish president (rhyming 'Ankara' with something less polite). I don't ask people to agree (or even like) Boris - just be accurate and read what people actually said (or wrote) before judging. In the same way I don't believe Jeremy Corbyn is an anti-Semite though, like our new PM, he hasn't always been photographed in the best of company. |
