| The Royal Parks have a speed limit for cyclists as well. Cyclists should be abiding by it. Jeremy Vine was caught and fined some time ago - more should be. The 20 mph speed limit on our residential roads gives the ability for those who object to the recklessness now on the roads - much of which is caused by delivery drivers with ridiculous working conditions aided and abetted by the general public encouraged and pressurised into buying into an unnecessary kleptomaniacal cr@p habit. |
