| I do not know you and although my next door neighbour is Anne, it is not you. The vehicle to which I referred was a large GM camper which was parked opposite my home for months. When the CPZ was implemented it disappeared and I happened to notice it parked just off Swyncombe Avenue in a clearly marked CPZ plastered in PCNs |
