| In this case it was 'too bad'. The vehicle was parked in a very clearly marked CPZ and was the same vehicle that had been parked about a mile away for over three months without moving. I had thought for a while that there was, unfortunately, someone living in it but this is not the case as local enquiries revealed that it had a local resident as the owner. So, tough and the, justifiable, fines accrued. |
