Whoever owns the car will, by now, be getting the PCNs through the post. If it was stolen then they will be cancelled and the owner can identify where their stolen car is now parked as it will state this on the PCN. If they ignore the PCNs then the fines will continue to mount up and, ultimately, the bailiffs beckon. |
