| Good street lighting has always been recognised as necessary for public safety, so this doesn't bode well especially as there are so few police around as well. Strange though, how when people complained about the bright lights interfering with their sleep when in close proximity to their homes Hounslow repeatedly claimed that they couldn't do anything about it? |
