These blasted dumped trollies were also dumped in the River Crane on several occasions recently, the boys responsible were caught on camera and identified as being from St. Richard Reynolds College. The college seemed remarkably disinterested in spite of three complaints to them. So far not so much as a response. Whatever they got their 'outstanding' OfSTED ranking for, it certainly wasn't courtesy or good behaviour!
