What is it with this shop? I have just spent a while trying to report two of their trollies dumped near me. The so-called 'Twickenham' shop has nothing on their website to indicate where you can report this, but you are invited to to 'phone the manager. Please do - you'll sit on the 'phone like a lemon for a considerable time only to be told eventually 'the colleague you were calling hasn't answered' - no sh*t Sherlock! Eventually I got transferred to a switchboard where I did get a freephone no. to report said trollies although the recorded message was garbled so quickly I couldn't understand the online contact details. The freephone messgae asked for the postcode of where the offending trollies were - right - I know all the local postcodes - not. Just all reminds me of why I will not put a foot in the door of this shambolic shop the freephone no. is 0800 316 1241 - Good Luck.
