| Thanks to everybody for all the feedback. As of yet, we don't seem to have gained his trust to get close enough. We had noted that he had a red collar sometime ago but no longer. We don't want to have to resort to the RSPCA or any other animal charity as I do fear they would put him down so we would like the owner to come forward. They have to realize that they have a responsibility to get him neutered and it is becoming a nuisance. I'll give it another few days before we take any further action but thanks for all the tips. |
