Some won't to it as it's created a disadvantage to those who are not online at home (and that is still nearly 87% of over 60's and well over half of those over 55.) It meant that there was nothing left for those without anything other than a phone or calling in on foot. It's almost hard to imagine not having internet access nowadays, just 16 years ago few had mobile phones and 40 years many did not have a landline. But most of us still do not have home access. |
