all this stuff is duplicated in the main by the fountain centre and stuff already being developed in the vicinity.
Local Hotels are now in abundance. So what's in it for the community? Cleaning jobs?

A 24/7/52 operation needs ample cheap or free parking otherwise it will falter just like everything else has.
Or it goes mega exclusive and ends up like Riverside racquets club, packed out with desperate housewives in their range rovers and expense account show husbands.
Hardly the stuff Brentford fans are made of - apart from certain dreams!!
