| Please tell me how the Library Travesty can be blamed on Central Government(this administration) Because the government give a specific amount of money to local authorities every year, that has been slashed, at the same time local authorities are not being allowed to raise their own taxation (council tax), hence there is a big shortfall, Therefore the local council has to in turn cut their budget. |
