"Since there are people who are unaware which borough they live work or stay in" If there are such people who are so disinterested in the communities in which they live or work, they deserve to stay in the doldrums IMHO. If there is no money to pay for regular publications of glossy magazines, there is no money - its as simple as that. However perhaps one publication a year would keep people informed. Personally I find all the info I require on the LBH webpages.
